Lydia Holmes and John Clarke started a food shed in a Home Depot parking lot called LJ's Lil' Café. Business was slow at first, but after Eater LA published a rave review of their breakfast burritos, their sales skyrocketed. In 2025, Holmes and Clarke opened a second location and brought in over $2.3 million in sales for the year.
