The man seen in a viral clip from the aftermath of the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner on April 25 was identified as Creative Artists Agency agent Michael Glantz.

Glantz is seen in CNN's coverage of the shooting calmly eating a salad that was served before a man allegedly rushed a security checkpoint at the gala with multiple weapons before gunshots rang out.

CNN's media analyst Brian Stelter identified Glantz from the clip on social media and described him as a "super-agent." Glantz spoke to TMZ on April 26 and said he felt safe in the room at the Washington Hilton due to the large police presence.

"Not every day you see something like that go down," he said to TMZ.

The entertainment news outlet reported that Glantz represents CNN's Wolf Blitzer, who told USA TODAY he was "a few feet away from the gunman" outside the ballroom when the shooting occurred. "It was scary, it was loud. The cops got on top of him and then they got on top of me to protect me," Blitzer said.
