The 2010 book "White House Diary" by Jimmy Carter offers a look into the Democratic leader's thoughts during his presidency.
The "Hello" rap star, who is also a politics buff, is seen gleefully thanking Amy for the gift.
"She got me one of his books. She got me his signature," Cardi said. "This is Jimmy Carter's signature. Can you believe that (expletive)? This is Jimmy Carter's signature! Can you believe that?"
