A delegation of six Andhra Pradesh Ministers, led by Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana, is in Singapore for a week-long official visit to study the city-state’s administrative and infrastructure systems as part of the State government’s Swarna Andhra Vision 2047, officials said.

Mr. Narayana left for Singapore on Monday (April 20, 2026). The other five Ministers landed on Tuesday (April 21, 2026) and were received by members of the Telugu Association in Singapore. They are Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu, Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha, Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav, Revenue Minister Anagani Satya Prasad and Roads and Buildings Minister B.C. Janardhan Reddy.

According to official sources, the delegation will be on an official tour from April 21 to April 27. During the seven-day visit, the ministers are scheduled to study Singapore’s advanced administrative systems and infrastructure development models, which are widely regarded as benchmarks in urban governance and public service delivery.
