If you spend your computer or leisure time at a desk or table, your hunched-over back might benefit from the occasional standing break. At least, that’s what several standing desk users say, myself included. Rather than spending hours on end sitting down, typing away at my laptop for HuffPost, I can periodically stand and work to ease my back, loosen my joints and combat the stiffness I feel when my posture feels too lax. Paired with a walking pad (like this one), my productivity goes through the roof.

Installation is easy, according to several user reviews, and only requires attaching the two pieces and plugging the desk in.

The Flexispot EN1 ships in two pieces (free for Prime members, of course): one box holds its metal legs, and the other the sturdy tabletop. The control panel has an up and down arrow to raise and lower the desk, plus four preset buttons you can manually adjust for custom heights. Perfectly sized for home offices and private offices alike, the tabletop itself measures 48 by 24 inches, and you can adjust the heights between 28.9 and 46.5 inches. This desk also comes with a hook for hanging bags and accessories on its side, so you can have even more space on your desktop!
