Ice Spice was the victim of an "unprovoked attack" at a Los Angeles McDonalds, her attorney told Billboard. But the singer shared the news with a fast food quip.

The Bronx-rooted rapper born Isis Gaston posted a video on X on April 17, showing her and a friend eating in a booth at McDonald's in Hollywood, California, when they are approached by a woman. Ice Spice, wearing a hoodie, is seen climbing over booths to follow the person – to the tune of an unreleased song, according to Rolling Stone.

Along with the video, the rapper wrote "this wouldn't happen at Wendy's" in the X post.

Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, told TMZ and Billboard that video followed an "unprovoked attack" that has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department "and we will be pursuing any and all criminal and civil avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their apparent lack of appropriate security.”
