The Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of the Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APEPDCL) will hold a camp court on Saturday at the Madhurawada sub-division office to resolve pending electricity-related issues.

APEPDCL Superintendent Engineer, G. Shyambabu, announced that the session will run from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., providing a direct platform for consumers under the Zone-3 division to voice concerns.

The forum will address a wide range of grievances, including frequent power interruptions, voltage fluctuations, billing errors, and delays in processing new service connections or title transfers. Additionally, complaints regarding the slow restoration of supply and the replacement of faulty transformers will be prioritised.

The camp court will be led by CGRF Chairperson and retired Judge B. Satyanarayana, alongside committee members Malladi Vijayachamundi, S. Subbarao, and N. Muralikrishna.

For those unable to attend the Madhurawada session, written complaints can still be submitted to the CGRF’s permanent office located at the APEPDCL corporate headquarters in Seethammadhara. The department also reminded the public that the toll-free helpline 1912 remains available for registering supply-related issues at any time.
