Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) Chairman K. Madhu Murthy on Friday directed the Convenors of Common Entrance Tests (CETs) being organised for admissions to UG and PG programmes to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.

At a review meeting attended by the Convenors of CETs-2026, Prof. Murthy said that all line departments, including the Electricity Department, APSRTC, Medical Department, District Collectors, Police Department, DMHOs, and others, had been requested to make the necessary arrangements for students appearing for these exams.

He said the District Collectors were asked to direct the officers concerned to ensure that all Internet and photocopying centres near the examination centres remain closed on the days of the CETs.

The test Conveners have also been directed to monitor all the necessary arrangements to avoid any inconvenience to students appearing for the tests.

The APECET is scheduled to be held on April 23, 2026, APPGECET from April 28 to April 30, 2026, APICET on May 2, APLAWCET/PGLCET on May 4, APEdCET on May 8, APPGCET from May 8 to May 11, APEAPCET (Engineering) on May 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18 and APEAPCET (Agriculture and Pharmacy) on May 19 and 20, 2026.
