April 15 (UPI) -- Nine people are dead after a school shooting in Turkey, the second incident in two days.

Eight students and one teacher were killed and 13 others were injured in the shooting at a high school in southern Turkey, said Interior Minister Mistafa Cifci. Six of those injured are in critical condition, he said.

The attacker, believed to be a teen, died by suicide.

It happened at Ayser Calik Secondary School in Kahramanmaras, Turkey.

On Tuesday, 10 students, four teachers, a police officer, and a cafeteria worker were injured in a shooting at the Ahmet Koyuncu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa province, in southeastern Turkey. The shooter on Tuesday, believed to be a former student, also died by suicide.
