Every style of the VFan has a straightforward dial control on the back, letting you choose between speeds — the Jr. model has two speed options, while the other models have three. The six-foot power cord gives you room to position the fan, and the adjustable tilt head ensures the cool air goes exactly where you want it. (Hot tip: while the fan itself can only be controlled via manual dial, you can plug it into an Alexa smart plug to control it via voice or app.)
Trust me when I say, the Vornado technology is no basic innovation. In fact, it may be more accurate to call fans by the brand “air circulators” than just fans, as Vornados are built with dual-injector air cones at the base of the fan head.
