Traffic restrictions and diversions will be implemented at IIIT junction, Gachibowli, from April 8 in view of ongoing multi-level flyover and underpass construction work, which are expected to continue for about a year, within the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate limits.

The measures are aimed at regulating vehicular movement and reducing congestion in and around the busy junction during the construction period. The diversions will be in force daily between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Traffic moving from Gachibowli Junction towards Lingampally via IIIT Junction will be diverted towards Wipro junction, followed by a right turn towards Gowlidoddi, Gopanpally junction and Nallagandla before reaching Lingampally.

Vehicles coming from Financial District, Gopanpally thanda, Gowlidoddi, Q City and Kokapet towards the IIIT Junction will be diverted at Wipro junction towards Nanakramguda Rotary, before taking a left turn to merge onto the Outer Ring Road and proceed towards Gachibowli junction.
