President Donald Trump’s former White House lawyer Ty Cobb pointed to the commander in chief’s repeated, unhinged late night rants on social media as an indicator that he’s mentally “gone.”

Appearing Tuesday on “The Jim Acosta Show,” Cobb argued that Trump’s nightly crash outs online over topics like the war in Iran and his political opponents during bizarre hours proves he’s reached a certain level of “insanity and depravity.”

“It’s not a surprise that we’re in this much trouble. It’s not a surprise given the fact that the cabinet will not invoke the 25th Amendment for a man who’s clearly insane,” Cobb said of his former client.

“And this war highlights that. And these screeds that come out nightly, at 2 a.m. or 4 a.m. or whatever time Trump decides to vent without oversight, it highlights the level of his insanity and depravity,” he continued.

“You think he’s just gone?” Acosta questioned, to which Cobb doubled down, replying, “I think he’s gone.”
