Calling all northern Riyadh residents who are avid brunch-goers. Mallow, located in Al-Yasmin district in Riyadh, is an aesthetic, cozy, and trendy brunch spot for those looking to enjoy a sunny atmosphere with a menu of classic and new dishes.
The vibe is set from the turquoise door opening into an atmosphere of bright colored furniture complemented by the the sunlight filtering through large windows.
We ordered their fig salad, which costs SR30 ($8), and brings a twist to classic salad flavors. It comes with lettuce, baby roca, feta, pomegranate, and of course, the figs and their sauce.
The salad is a fresh dish that everyone enjoyed, lighter compared to the heavier egg dishes, and a great way to start off the brunch.
For my first time at Mallow, I decided to go for a traditional brunch: eggs Benedict, which is their special and costs SR38. It features brioche bread and a guacamole mix with classic poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. As a big fan of eggs Benedict, I can safely say that Mallow’s met my expectations. The mix of eggs with the avocado created a perfect mix of flavors.
