The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has sold over 700 flats in Narela under two of its housing schemes in just two days.
Under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 for serving and retired government employees, 936 additional flats in Pocket 6, Sector A1–A4, were offered from March 26.
More than 400 flats were booked within two days, a press statement said.
Earlier, 1,168 flats in Pocket 9 under the same scheme had around 75% of units booked.
Infrastructure projects, including the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and the Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro corridor, are under way in Narela, improving connectivity to the area. DDA expects its housing revenue for the current financial year to exceed ₹3,200 crore, with around ₹1,100 crore in pending receivables.
