Watch the cryptic video the White House tweeted and deleted

In a second video, which remained online on the official Instagram account as of Thursday morning, a phone notification is heard with an American flag seen. The White House did not provide any context for the footage, and the Instagram post prompted social media users to speculate whether the account had been "compromised."
