March 23 (UPI) -- Leonid Radvinsky, owner of OnlyFans, has died of cancer at 43.
Radvinsky was born in Ukraine and grew up in Chicago. He bought OnlyFans, a site known for its adult content, in 2018 from British founders.
"We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer," a company spokesperson said. "His family have requested privacy at this difficult time."
Popularity of the site rose during the COVID-19 pandemic, putting Radvinsky on the Forbes list of billionaires three years later, the BBC reported.
As of May 2025, Radvinsky was reportedly worth $3.8 billion.
