The 68th Student Council farewell celebrations were conducted at St. Joseph’s College for Women (A) on Saturday. Principal Shyji P.D. presided over the event. Chief guest Pasupuleti Lakshmi Sudha, an alumna of the college and principal of Alwar Das Public School, encouraged the students to cherish their college memories and strive to become compassionate human beings. Guest of honour K. Manikya Kumari addressed the gathering on the pivotal role of women in academic and scientific disciplines.
