Maguire was left out of the Euro 2024 squad because of injury
Harry Maguire is set to earn an England recall for this month's friendly matches against Uruguay and Japan.
The Manchester United defender has not featured in any of head coach Thomas Tuchel's squads since he took over on 1 January, 2025, despite being a key player during Gareth Southgate's time in charge of the national team.
But Maguire, who has scored seven goals in 64 international appearances, has been praised for his performances during his club side's improved Premier League form and push for Champions League qualification.
England host Uruguay on 27 March and Japan on 31 March, both kicking off at 19:45 at Wembley, with Tuchel set to announce his squad at 11:00 GMT.
