It wasn’t along party lines: Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), the chairman, voted no. Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) voted yes."My AYE is rooted in a strong committed, constructive working relationship with Senator Mullin for our nation’s security," Fetterman said on social media after casting his vote.The vote came a day after Mullin’s explosive nomination hearing, during which Paul fought with Mullin over longstanding personal beef and said his “anger issues” made him unfit for the job.
