Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday (March 15, 2026) said that both the Central and the State government are closely monitoring the LPG situation with full responsibility, and there is no reason for citizens to panic.
Addressing the silver jubilee of Apna Ghar Ashram in Budhpur on Sunday (March 14, 2026), the CM said that some people are unnecessarily trying to create fear and encourage hoarding, which goes against the national interest.
“The government is keeping a close watch on such activities. If any individual or organisation is found involved in spreading such misinformation or engaging in wrongdoing, strict action will be taken against them,” she said.
She also appealed to citizens not to pay attention to rumours and to continue their daily routines as usual.
