March 12 (UPI) -- Television personality Jack Osbourne and his wife, interior designer Aree Gearhart, have announced they named their newborn daughter Ozzy Matilda Osbourne.

"Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne," the couple captioned a black and white photo of their infant snoozing in bed alongside an adorable stuffed bat, a nod to her namesake and late grandfather, Ozzy Osbourne, who died last July at the age of 76.
A card next to the little one noted her birth date as March 5.
