However, speaking on The Martin Lewis Money Show on Tuesday, 10 March, the MoneySavingExpert founder urged viewers who haven't complained yet to "complain!" The financial regulator, the FCA, has confirmed it will likely launch the redress scheme at the end of March 2026. "There is no way for you to know if you were mis-sold without complaining," he said.
