“I’ve bought a couple of power banks that also double up as flashlights so we can see where we’re going,” says Liz Blackshaw. “I’ve already got a wind-up radio combined with a flashlight. We’re a family full of food intolerances, so I’ve been stocking up on gluten-free pasta and some snacks I like to eat. It’s enough to see us through a couple of weeks.”
