July 3 (UPI) -- Michael B. Jordan, who was recently honored at the Actor Awards for his dual roles in Sinners, is also up for an Academy Award for his portrayal of twin brothers Smoke and Stack.
The supernatural horror film marks Jordan's fourth collaboration with director Ryan Coogler, and follows the brothers as they return home for a fresh start but instead "discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back."
The actor, 39, could take home the Academy Award for Best Lead Actor.
Jordan is also well known for blockbuster hits such as Creed and Black Panther.
