The couple shared the news on Instagram Sunday.
Their post included a photograph of their family at the beach, while Jennner held up ultrasound images.
"Our little Honey is going to be a big sister this September," their caption reads.
Honey was born in 2023, and Jenner previously told People how much he enjoyed being a "girl dad."
