The video appears to contradict the Department of Homeland Security's statement on the incident.DHS said in a statement that Martinez "intentionally ran over" an ICE officer, "resulting in him being on the hood of the vehicle" and another agent "fired defensive shots."The body camera video shows Martinez's vehicle going at a slow speed moments before the officer fired shots.
