The past few days have been nothing short of surreal, as negotiations on two separate, world-changing issues each unravelled in real time, resulting in joint U.S.-Israel attacks that killed Iran’s leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and a Pentagon clash with an American AI company that has left Anthropic blacklisted.
Both of these storylines are still evolving, and likely to dominate the news in the days, weeks, and months ahead. Meanwhile, the conflict in the Middle East could cause some logistical problems as businesses and media make their way to Barcelona, for the Mobile World Congress that begins today.
