Following Iran's attack on the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia condemned the strike, saying Tehran violated international law, which grants immunity to diplomatic buildings also in times of war.

"This barefaced Iranian behavior comes even after the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia declared that it will not let its air space or land be used to attack Iran," the Gulf state said in its statement.
