The number of electors in the State after the completion of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) stands at 7.04 crore, the Election Commission of India (ECI) said on Saturday (February 28, 2026). The poll body began publishing the post-SIR electoral rolls in West Bengal in phases earlier in the day.
The number of electors before the SIR was about 7.66 crore, Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Kumar Agarwal said.
