Several Opposition leaders on Friday (February 27, 2026) said the discharge of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in the Delhi excise policy case had exposed “the misuse of investigative agencies for political ends”.Reacting to a Delhi court’s refusal to take cognisance of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) chargesheet, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said it was a “moral death sentence” for the BJP.
