Feb. 23 (UPI) -- NFL wide receiver Rondale Moore died over the weekend at his Indiana home, according to authorities. He was 25.

Moore was found by emergency services at his New Albany, Ind., home at about 5:57 p.m. EST Saturday and transported to Baptist Health Floyd where he was pronounced dead minutes later, Floyd County Coroner Matthew Tomlin said in a statement.

A forensic autopsy was performed and family notification has been made, Tomlin said.

Though no cause of death was named, New Albany Police said he was found dead from a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound in the garage of his home.
