A district-wise break-up of the electoral roll under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Kerala shows a dip in voter numbers in 11 districts and an increase in three when compared to the roll as it stood on October 27, 2025. Thiruvananthapuram district recorded the steepest decline while Malappuram recorded the highest increase).

Thiruvananthapuram accounted for a significant chunk of the total decline of 8.97 lakh voters reported in the State in the final roll when compared to the October 2025 list. In Thiruvananthapuram, the number of voters fell from 28,47,907 to 25,26,325 after the SIR. It went up from 34,13,174 to 36,15,970 in Malappuram.
