Kid Rock is further cementing his alignment with the Trump administration.
In a new video posted to X by Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the "All Summer Long" singer can be seen completing various workouts against the backdrop of head-slamming rock music. The montage, which looks more like a training sequence from one of the "Rocky" movies than a government PSA, shows the two men on a stationary bike in a sauna, doing sit-ups and using various other gym equipment.
"I've teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD," Kennedy wrote in the caption.

The video, leaning into Kennedy's ultra-macho aesthetic, shows him in a man-cave of sorts, working out in blue jeans and downing raw milk. At one point, Kid Rock flips off the camera, while in another shot, he stands beside Kennedy holding up an American flag positioned near a small replica of the Statue of Liberty. The video closes with the phrase "Make America Healthy Again," Kennedy's signature phrase for his professed overhaul of the American diet.
