A District Court judge on Monday criticized a decision by a Magistrate's Court judge to allow Tzachi Braverman, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's chief of staff, to contact the prime minister, noting that the District Court had already approved the list of individuals with whom Braverman is barred from communicating.
