Gates Foundation Chairman Bill Gates was all praise for the adoption of advanced technologies in governance and citizen service delivery, during his visit to the RTGS (Real Time Governance System) Centre at the State Secretariat in Guntur district on Monday (February 16, 2026)
Led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Mr. Gates observed how the integration of the latest technologies with administration facilitated swift delivery of citizen services.

Mr. Naidu explained the Sanjeevani and Data Lake projects, WhatsApp Governance, and also apprised him of the progress made in the construction of the capital city Amaravati.
Mr. Gates appreciated the streamlining of citizen services through Data Lake and WhatsApp Governance, and called the efforts going into the development of the capital city as ‘great work’.
