Feb. 13 (UPI) -- The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air alum and Dancing with the Stars host Alfonso Ribeiro shared his final photo with the late actor James Van Der Beek Thursday.
Van Der Beek, who was well-known for starring in Dawson's Creek, died following a battle with colorectal cancer, his family confirmed Wednesday. He was 48.
Ribeiro shared an image of himself embracing Van Der Beek, who was in a hospital bed.
