Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. this week waxed lyrical about working for Donald Trump. The reason he gave for loving his job quickly went viral, but not in the way he likely intended.Kennedy, a longtime vaccine skeptic who has upended U.S. public health agencies and slashed funding since joining Trump’s second-term Cabinet, made the remarks at an event hosted by The Heritage Foundation (the group behind Project 2025) celebrating the one-year anniversary of his so-called “Make America Healthy Again” agenda.After heaping praise on Trump, including calling him the most business-friendly president ever, Kennedy then said:“It’s a joy to work for him because he lets me do stuff that I don’t think anybody else would ever let me do.”“We know.
