Critics are questioning President Donald Trump’s mental health after his latest bizarre rant in which he threatened Canada with new penalties, then delivered a wild warning about the country’s favorite sport.

Trump’s 296-word screed, which was posted on his Truth Social website on Monday, claimed that Canada had “treated the United States very unfairly” and threatened to keep a new bridge between the two countries closed unless Canada ― which paid for the bridge ― gave the United States “at least one half of this asset.”

Somewhere in the middle of that lengthy post, Trump took a detour to China. And hockey.

Trump railed against Canada and China for attempting to improve trade cooperation, starting with a deal last month to reduce tariffs on canola and electric vehicles.
