Piers Morgan and President Donald Trump have a major difference of opinion on Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime performance.
On Monday, Morgan came to Bad Bunny’s defense not long after Trump shared a rambling critique of the halftime show on his Truth Social platform.
“Couldn’t disagree more, Mr President. I absolutely loved Bad Bunny’s halftime show,” the British TV host and former CNN anchor wrote on X alongside a screenshot of Trump’s post. “Amazing (best in Super Bowl history?) theatre/choreography, great energy, superbly confident performance, and a very welcome unifying message.”
He went on to note: “Oh, and Spanish is 1st language for 50m+ Americans!”
In a follow-up post, Morgan clarified that he remains “friends with Donald Trump,” before adding, “I just disagree with him about a lot of things (and agree about others).”
