Everybody hates Chris — at least, it seems, on social media.
On Sunday night, not long after Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime show, R&B singer Chris Brown posted a cryptic Instagram story that many felt was aimed at the Puerto Rican Grammy winner due to its timing.
To make the situation even more cringe, it was also pretty self-promotional.
“I THINK ITS SAFE TO SAY.. THEY NEED ME ! 😏” he wrote.
Most social media users assumed the “they” in his statement was the NFL, and that the league needs Brown to be the next headliner for the Super Bowl.
