A Kosovar man and alleged former member of Kosovo independence forces was arrested on Thursday, February 5, in Serbia. He is accused of committing war crimes during the 1990s conflict, the Serbian interior ministry said.
Tensions between Kosovo and Serbia have remained fraught since the end of the war, which killed around 13,000 people, and Belgrade has never recognized Pristina since it declared independence in 2008.
