NEW DELHI: ​India and the six-nation Gulf Cooperation ‌Council, ‌that ‌includes ⁠Saudi ​Arabia ‌and the UAE, have ⁠agreed ‌on the ‍terms ‍to ‍start negotiations for a free ​trade agreement, India’s trade ⁠minister Piyush Goyal said on Thursday.
