Competition began on Feb. 4 with the first session of mixed doubles curling, but the U.S. team doesn’t compete until Thursday. The opening ceremony is set for Feb. 6 at the iconic San Siro Stadium in Milan, featuring performances by Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli and Laura Pausini, among others.
The Games will conclude on Feb. 22 with the closing ceremony at the historic Verona Arena, a Roman amphitheater and UNESCO World Heritage site in the heart of Verona.
