The Milan bourse on Wednesday surpassed 47,000 points, with the FTSE MIB index rising 1.45% to 47,083 points, a new high since November 2000.
Mediobanca is soaring (+7%) as it awaits the MPS (+2.37%) plan, which is meeting today at its shareholders' meeting.
Inwit (+5.88%), Stellantis (+5.15%), Lottomatica (+4.2%), Stm (+4.05%), and Ferrari (+3.36%) are among the strongest performers.
Few losses were reported, limited to Buzzi (-1%), Fincantieri (-0.65%), and Leonardo (-0.6%).
Banca BFF rebounds (+12.4%) after two particularly difficult sessions.
