In a highly unusual departure from established legal norms, Trump’s director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, was on hand last week when the FBI raided the election headquarters of Fulton County, Georgia — and arranged a private call between the FBI agents and Trump on her cellphone afterward.
