The 2026 Grammy Awards aired Sunday night on CBS with Trevor Noah returning as host for the final time.Some of the best and brightest artists, songwriters and producers were awarded statuettes on “music’s biggest night.”Kendrick Lamar, who had the most nominations at the ceremony, became the most awarded rapper in Grammy history, beating out a record previously set by Jay-Z. The rapper won a handful of awards, including Best Rap Album, Record of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song and Best Melodic Rap Performance.In a historic win, Bad Bunny won Album of the Year for “DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS.” It is the first Spanish-language album to win the award. The Puerto Rican rapper also nabbed trophies for Best Música Urbana Album and Best Global Music Performance.Several performers became first-time Grammy winners. Olivia Dean, the R&B singer-songwriter, won Best New Artist. Jelly Roll, FKA Twigs, Kehlani and Steven Spielberg also won a coveted gramophone for the first time. This is for them and for all children of immigrants,” Shaboozey said in his acceptance speech for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. “This is also for those who came to this country in search of better opportunity to be a part of a nation that promised freedom for all and equal opportunity for everyone willing to work for it.
