Ariana Grande is laughing after a fan said a picture from a recent Vogue cover shoot accidentally gave her an extra finger.
Vogue Japan recently named the pop star and "Wicked" actress its March 2026 cover star and since published an interview and released photos of her.
A fan said there was a blunder in a since-deleted post from the photoshoot, giving the "Eternal Sunshine" singer six fingers on one hand instead of five. Grande commented on the fan's post with her reaction, quipping that she needed the extra finger to work on her next album.
She wrote in the fan post's comment section on Jan. 30: "oh my goodness how exciting ! i’ve been saying i need some extra appendages so that i can start an album ! thankful for this."
The photo on Vogue Japan’s website on Jan. 31, shows Grande with only five fingers.
