CCTV has been released of a man allegedly throwing a “homemade” nail bomb at a crowd in Australia, just one month after 15 people were shot dead on Bondi Beach.
Police allege a 31-year-old Warwick man was at an Invasion Day rally in Perth's Central Business District when he threw an item from a first-floor walkway and into a crowd of 2,500 people before fleeing the scene on Monday (26 January).
A member of the public alerted officers, and a suspect was taken into custody soon after.
