Its a fringe position among genocide scholars to call the just war in Gaza a "genocide". Considering the fact that the war has taken for two years and that the Arab states preferred that the Palestinian civilians should rather serve as human shields for Hamas than to let them escape Gaza, I am actually amazed that the death toll was relatively low.
