Report: State Officials In Minnesota Sue To Preserve Shooting EvidenceThe Minnesota Star Tribune reports that state and local agencies have sued the federal government in an effort to preserve evidence connected to the shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents.A lawsuit filed late Saturday includes a request for a temporary restraining order that would "immediately bar federal agencies from destroying or tampering with any evidence" related to the shooting.Earlier in the day the Star Tribune reported that ICE had attempted to move local police away from the scene of the shooting, but Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara refused the order.Read more in The Minnesota Star Tribune:See All Updates
